Sanctuary follows the adventures of the beautiful, enigmatic and always surprising Dr. Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping of Stargate SG-1/Stargate Atlantis), a brilliant scientist who holds the secrets of a clandestine population — a group of strange and sometimes terrifying beings that hide among humans. The series also features themes by Joel Goldsmith and original music by Ian Browne.

The premiere drew 2.7 million viewers making it the most watched cable series in it’s time slot.
